A typical day at Rest and Restore Retreat includes the following
7am gentle rise and detoxing
Guided Bushwalk and connecting with nature
Group meditation
4 daily nourishing meals
Restorative immersions including Forest therapy, Qi Gong or Breathwork classes
Group Restorative Yoga and a gentle Movement and Meditation class
Development of your own Self Care Plan with our Psychotherapist
Rest and free time, journaling and enjoying nature outside
Mindfulness activities to assist with down regulation
Deeply relaxing nigh-time group classes including Yoga Nidra, Sound healing Bath and more
You can do as much or as little as you like
