Booking Terms

$500 non refundable deposit is due at the time of your booking to confirm your retreat stay

Reschedule requests must be made by email

Rescheduled bookings will be charged at the latest price

If you require a payment plan over 4 instalments please contact us

Most retreats will have a minimum number of guests to proceed. In the event we do not get the required minimum number of guests, you will either receive a 100% refund of all monies paid or will be able to transfer your money to another retreat of your choice (if there are spots still available).

Cancellation Policy

We offer a cancellation and generous reschedule policy, all cancellations are required in writing via email.

Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of your arrival, may either be rescheduled within 12 months from the date of booking (no additional fees are payable). Alternatively you can opt to receive a refund less the Initial Non-Refundable deposit paid (processing + cover re-advertising of your place).

Cancellations made between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival may also be rescheduled within 12 months from the date of booking, however no further amendments will be permitted. Or receive a full refund less 30% cancellation fee where no replacement booking can be found.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of the payment made where no replacement booking can be found. If either you or we find a paid replacement in time then you may reschedule your stay within 12 months from the date of booking with no further changes allowed.

Cancellations made on the day of arrival will forfeit the full payment paid.

There are no refunds provided for guests that choose to leave the retreat before the departure date.

There are no refunds for Gift Vouchers purchased but we are happy to extend the expiry date - please contact us before the voucher expiry date.
