We abstain from serving alcohol, coffee (yes that’s right – but relax - we have some amazing caffeine substitutes that will sustain you for the day) and technology. We ask that you don’t bring a PC with you, and are happy to store your mobile phone securely during your stay. Relax - we do allow a window of opportunity each day to check messages and make calls – this is done during the day and not during our night-time unwinding ritual – to help ensure you get the best night’s sleep! We will provide you with a 24 hour contact number which you can pass onto your family should they need to contact you in an emergency.
Please note: Tobacco, alcohol or recreational drugs as these are prohibited from the property and against our Health Retreat policies.
