In a world that rarely slows down, quality sleep has become one of our most valuable health resources. In this small group 90-minute workshop, psychologist, EMDR practitioner and meditation teacher Kellie Edwards explores why sleep can become difficult in modern life and, more importantly, how to create the conditions in which it can naturally return.
-Combines the latest sleep science with proven tools from behavioural sleep medicine, nervous system regulation and deep rest practices
-Learn strategies grounded in established research, including CBT-I principles, circadian rhythm optimisation and evidence-informed relaxation techniques
-Leave with a personalised sleep toolkit you can continue using long after the retreat experience
-Receive a research-informed aromatherapy sleep kit (valued at $50) to support the development of calming bedtime rituals beyond the retreat.
This 90min workshop is only offered on Saturday 8th August within our August Winter Warming Retreat for guests staying 2, 3, 5 or 7 nights between 5th to 10th August. The investment is $185 (of which $35.30 is claimable through Medicare with a Mental Health Care Plan through your GP).
