Hannah

Our Remedial Massage Therapist

Hannah completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage at RMIT. She was inspired to study after years of receiving remedial massage herself, and a close family friend who has been in the industry for many years. Hannah enjoys treating clients and likes how different each person is, and how diverse work can be.

Hannah’s massage can support:

  • Acute or chronic pain

  • Limited range of motion, tightness, or restriction

  • Injuries or conditions

  • Promote a general sense of wellbeing and relaxation

Hannah uses remedial massage techniques including myofascial tension technique, and trigger point therapy, and adjusts pressure and style depending on the client. Hannah lives in the Mornington Peninsula, and enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors.

Hanna’s Rest & Restore practices include

  • Walking her golden retrievers on the beach, or swimming during the summer

  • Weekly pilates classes

  • Epsom salt baths, and infrared saunas

  • Monthly massage and acupuncture treatments

  • Crafting or baking - enjoying whatever project she has on the go - paint by numbers, making candles or trying a new recipe

  • Dinner nights with family and friends

  • Enjoying the little moments during the day, having a cup of tea outside, or pausing for moments of gratitude
